OLD SPANISH QUARTER
Nestled in the western side of Jacksonville, Florida, the new North Florida wedding venue, Old Spanish Quarter wedding venue is perfect for couples looking for a space with plenty of character. With its Spanish charm and modern elements, this will be a highly sought after wedding venue.
The venue is set to be completed September 2024 with the first event happening soon after. It will seat a maximum of 200 people, include an outside ceremony space and an indoor newly renovated reception area. The venue features a beautiful, high ceiling, natural light filled getting ready space for brides, equipped with four stations, clothing hooks and even it's own private entrance with staircase perfect for stunning bridal portraits.
This venue is rich with history, originally built in 1839, it has seen days as a stage coach depot, an orphanage and even a speak easy in 1920. It is even rumored that Al Capone visited this establishment. It has also been a convenience store and fun house before becoming the gorgeous event space many will gather to celebrate.
So what's the price tag to rent this unique space? A weekday wedding will run around 8,500 and a weekend wedding starting at 9,500. In order to provide the best possible service and experience, the venue requires a day of coordinator, proof of insurance for vendors, and their in house catering and beverage team.
